2015 KPA NBA SANCTIONED ALL STAR GAMES - KPA Summer League All League Players and Top Pro Players from Louisville and surrounding cities will play in an NBA Summer League type environment on July 27 and July 29.  Elite players will comprise 4 teams for two magical nights of summer basketball in Louisville, Kentucky.
